Create Marketing Form

Go to "Marketing"
Select "Marketing" from the main menu.

Navigate to "Forms"
Under "Marketing", click on "Forms".

Start a "New Form"
Click on "New Form" in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select Form Type
Choose from the following form types:
Contact Us: Enables website visitors or potential customers to reach out with questions or service requests. Typically includes fields such as name, email, phone number, and a message box.
Content Download: Used to offer digital resources in exchange for lead details. This type is effective for capturing qualified leads interested in your educational or promotional content.
Custom: A flexible form option that can be tailored to specific campaigns or uses. It supports the collection of custom fields and unique information aligned with your company's goals or marketing strategies.
Once you select what type of form to create, click on "Next".

Edit Form
Follow Smackdab's simple form editor to customize your form. Create a "Form Name", add a "Form Title", and add tags (optional). Further customize by adding, removing, or rearranging fields. You can see a live preview of your marketing form on the right side of the screen.
Once you are finished, select "Save and Continue".

Style
Adjust fonts, colors, and layout to align with your brand.
Once you are finished, select "Save and Continue".

Automate
Set up workflows like automated email confirmations, payment notifications, or data updates.
Once you are finished, select "Save and Continue".

Options
Set up an automatic Thank You page to thank users for their submission, or automatically direct users to a different website after form submission.
Once you are finished, select "Save and Continue".

Publish
Once you are happy with the form, publish and make the marketing form live for customer use by selecting "Save & Publish".

Finalized
Once you publish the form, the link and embed code will appear and "Published" will appear in the top-right hand corner.
