How to Create, Edit & Delete an Activity Result?

No worries! You can easily create, edit, or delete an activity result in just a few clicks.

How to Create an Activity Result

1. Go to Settings
   Open the "Settings" menu from your home screen.

2. Navigate to Customization
   In the "Settings" section, select "Customization".

3. Select Modules
   Under "Customization", click on "Modules".

4. Choose Activity

   Under "Modules", click on "Activity".

5. Go to Activity Settings

   Under "Activity", click on "Settings".

6. Open the Activities Result Tab
   Select the "Activities Result" tab near the top of the screen.

7. View the Activities Result List
   Here, you’ll see a list of existing activity results.

8. Default "Other" Activity Result
   Smackdab.ai includes a default "Other" activity result.

9. Click on "New Activity Result"
   At the top-right of the page, click the "New Activity Result" button.

10. Enter Activity Result Details
    A window will appear where you can enter:

• Activity Result Name (e.g., "Call Completed" or "Meeting Rescheduled").

• Universal or Specific – Choose whether this result applies to all activities or only specific types.

• Parent Activity Type – Select the relevant activity type(s) from the dropdown.

• Required Memo – If a memo is needed when marking an activity as done, check this box.

11. Save the Activity Result
    Click "Save", and your new activity result will be added to the list!

How to Edit an Activity Result

Need to update an existing activity result? You can modify the name, associated activity types, or memo settings anytime!

🔹 Go to Settings > Customization > Modules > Activity > Settings > Activity Result
🔹 Locate the activity result you want to edit.
🔹 Click the ellipsis (•••) icon next to it.
🔹 Select "Edit", make your changes, and click "Update".

How to Delete an Activity Result

🔹 Go to Settings > Customization > Modules > Activity > Settings > Activity Type
🔹 Click on the ellipsis (•••) next to the activity type.
🔹 Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
🔹 A confirmation pop-up will appear. Simply click "Delete" to finalize the removal.

Changed your mind? No worries! Just hit "Cancel" to keep the activity type!
