An Activity Result is an option that your team can select to quickly and easily show what was done after an activity - such as after a call, meeting, or task.
How to Create an Activity Result
Go to "Settings", then click on "Customization".
In Customization, click on "Modules", then click on "Activity".
In the Activity section, click on "Settings".
In the Settings menu, click the "Activities Result" tab.
In the Activities Result list, the “Other” Activity Result is created by default.
At the top-right of the page, click the "New Activity Result" button to open the Add Acitivity Result window.
Enter the activity result name.
If you want the activity result to apply to all activities, check the “Mark As Universal” button.
If you want it to apply to a specific activity type, select the Parent Activity type from the dropdown. You can select multiple activity types.
When marking the activity as done, if you need a memo for record-keeping purposes, check the "Required Memo" checkbox.
Click the "Save" button to save the Activity Result.
The newly created Activity Result will be listed on the Activity Result page.
How to Delete Activity Result
Go to "Settings", then click on "Customization".
In Customization, click on "Modules", then click on "Activity".
In the Activity section, click on "Settings".
In the Settings menu, click the "Activities Result" tab.
You will see the Activity Result list.
When you hover over the number sequence, it will change to a checkbox. Clicking the checkbox will reveal the "Delete Activity Result" button on the right side. Alternatively, you can click the three vertical dot icon next to a custom activity type to edit or delete it.
