Accidentally deleted an activity?
No worries! Smackdab.ai lets you restore deleted activities in just a few clicks. Here’s how:
Where to Find Deleted Activities?
Go to Settings
Navigate to Data Management, then select Trash

Select Activities
Managing a Single Deleted Activity

Select Three Dot Menu for the activity you want to manage under the Action header.

To Restore Activity: Select Restore
A pop-up window will ask you to confirm. Select Restore.

To Delete Activity Permanently: Select Delete Permanently
A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Type "Delete" in the text box, then select Delete.
Managing Multiple Deleted Companies

Select checkboxes
Hover over numbers in first column to select checkboxes for deleted companies you want to manage.

To Restore Contacts: Select Restore Data
A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Select Restore All.

To Permanently Delete Contacts: Select Delete Permanently
A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Type "Delete All" in the text box, then select Delete All.
What Happens After Restoring?
Once restored, the activity will reappear in your Activities module, along with all details!

📝 Note: Smackdab.ai automatically stores deleted activities in the Trash for 7 days. After that, they are permanently deleted for better data management.
