How to View Your Conversations
Ready to jump in and start chatting? Finding your messages is simple:
Head over to the Marketing section from the main menu.
Click on Marketing Line.
The Conversation panel will appear on the right-hand side, displaying all your incoming messages.

Use the search bar at the top to type in a keyword or phrase. Smackdab will instantly scan your conversation threads to find exactly what you're looking for.
