Accidentally delete a company?
Smackdab.ai let's you restore a deleted company in just a few clicks. Here’s how:
Where to Find Deleted Companies?
Go to Settings
Navigate to Data Management, then select Trash
Select Companies
Managing a Single Deleted Company

Select Three Dot Menu for the company you want to manage under the Action header.

To Restore Company: Select Restore
A pop-up window will ask you to confirm. Select Restore.

To Delete Company Permanently: Select Delete Permanently
A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Type "Delete" in the text box, then select Delete.
Managing Multiple Deleted Companies

Select checkboxes
Hover over numbers in first column to select checkboxes for deleted companies you want to manage.

To Restore Companies: Select Restore Data
A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Select Restore All.

To Permanently Delete Companies: Select Delete Permanently
A pop up window will ask you to confirm. Type "Delete All" in the text box, then select Delete All.
What Happens After Restoring?
Once restored, the company will reappear in your Companies module, along with all details!

📝 Note: Smackdab.ai automatically stores deleted companies in the Trash for 7 days. After that, they are permanently deleted for better data management.
