How to Access Your User Hub

Getting to your user management settings is easy:

  1. Navigate to Settings from the main menu.

  2. Click on Administration, and then select Users.

  3. You're in! Here you can view, add, and manage all your team members.

Your At-a-Glance Dashboard: The Central User List

Get a crystal-clear overview of everyone in your branch. The main user list shows you key information in a clean, organized view:

  • First & Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Associated Branch

  • Account Status (Active/Inactive)

  • Billing Branch

  • 2FA Status (Enabled/Disabled)

Plus, each user has a handy Actions menu, allowing you to make quick updates like resending an invitation in just a couple of clicks!

Need to find someone specific? Just start typing a name or email into the search bar. Our smart search helps you locate any user in seconds, a true time-saver for larger teams!

Effortless Onboarding: The Guided New User Setup

Click the New User button to experience our seamless onboarding flow. We'll guide you through every step:

  • Enter Basic Info: Add the user's first name, last name, and email.

  • Assign a Seat: Our system automatically checks for available seats. If one is open, it's assigned instantly. If not, we'll guide you through adding a new one. No guesswork involved!

  • Set Their Role: Assign an existing Position with pre-set permissions, or create a brand-new position on the spot to fit their unique role.

  • Send the Invite: Choose to send the welcome email immediately or wait for the perfect moment.

Total Control with Flexible Roles

By assigning a Position during setup, you ensure every team member gets the right level of access from day one. This makes it easy to standardize roles and keep your data secure.

Invite on Your Schedule

Onboarding a whole department or waiting for a start date? No problem! You can set up a user now and send their invitation later from the main user list. This gives you the flexibility to roll out Smackdab at your own pace.
