The Business Line gives you full communication power right within your main interface. It's the perfect tool for performing quick actions like sending a personalized follow-up text after a meeting or making that crucial call to a hot lead in just a single click.

Finding Your Business Line

Accessing your direct communication hub is simple:

1. Go to the Marketing section from the main menu.

2. Click on Business Line.

3. Your complete interaction history with individual contacts will appear on the right-hand side.

Managing Your Conversations

Your conversation panel is built for efficiency. Here’s how to navigate it like a pro:

• Filter Your View:

  • All: See a complete history of all your calls and messages.

  • Unread: Instantly focus on new messages that need your attention.

• Find Conversations Fast:

  • Use the search bar to look for specific keywords, allowing you to pull up any past conversation in seconds.

Starting a New Conversation: Calls & Texts

Ready to reach out?

1. Click the plus (+) icon to open a list of your contacts who have a phone number.

2. From there, you have two simple options for direct outreach:

   • To Send a Text Message: Simply click the message icon next to the contact's name to open a chat window and type your message.

   • To Make a Call: Ready to talk? Click the phone icon to initiate a call directly from Smackdab.
