This powerful section allows you to manage the entire user lifecycle, from minor edits to deactivating and reactivating accounts, all while keeping user records intact and your platform secure. It's all about flexible, non-disruptive control.
Getting to Your User Control Panel
Accessing your user list to make changes is a snap:
Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
Click on Administration, then select Users.
From here, you can search for and manage any user in your branch.
Mastering User Management Actions
Each user in your list has a vertical Actions (⋮) menu next to their name. This is your gateway to making quick and easy updates.
Quick Fixes: How to Edit a User's Name
Keeping user information current is simple.
Click directly on the user's name, OR
Select Edit from the Actions (⋮) menu.
In the pop-up window, you can easily modify the user's First Name and Last Name.
Please Note: For security reasons, critical information like a user's email address or their assigned role can't be edited.
Give Them a Nudge: Resend an Invitation
Is a new team member having trouble finding their welcome email? You can resend it in a flash.
Open the Edit User window and click Resend Invitation, OR
Choose Resend Invitation directly from the Actions (⋮) menu.
A fresh invitation will be sent straight to their inbox, helping them get logged in without any delay.
Securely Offboard: How to Deactivate a User
When a team member's access needs to be revoked, you can do so instantly. Once a user has logged in for the first time, the Deactivate option will appear in their Actions (⋮) menu.
Selecting Deactivate immediately revokes the user's access. They will no longer be able to log in.
Their profile remains in the system, preserving their record and activity history for your reference.
Welcome Back! How to Reactivate an Account
Need to bring a user back on board? For any deactivated account, the Actions (⋮) menu will feature an Activate option.
Clicking Activate instantly restores the user's access rights.
This is perfect for welcoming back returning employees or re-enabling accounts after a temporary suspension.
