The View Details panel will open. Under the title “View Set As”, you will see two options: Public and Private. Select the option that suits your needs.

Enable Auto-Save Feature in Custom View
The Enable Auto-Save feature in a custom view automatically saves any changes made to the view's configuration, without requiring the user to manually save those changes. This ensures that adjustments to filters, sorting, or column selections are immediately retained.
How It Works
As users make modifications to a custom view—such as pinning or reordering columns, adjusting column width, or wrapping columns—the system automatically saves these updates in the background.
No manual action is needed; users don’t need to click a "Save" button—changes are preserved automatically as they occur.
Auto-Save Applies To:
Filters and sorting applied to the custom view
Pinned columns
Wrapped columns
Column width adjustments (increase/decrease)
Column swapping
Enabling/Disabling Auto-Save
Users can enable or disable the auto-save option from the Manage Custom View modal. This option is only available in List View.
Note: The auto-save feature is not available in Kanban View because changes in card positions or stack fields can alter field values.
