How to Set Your Default Phone Type
Ready to bring consistency to your contacts? Let's get it set up!
Head over to Settings from your main menu.
Click on Branch, then navigate to Branch Settings.
Look for the Phone Type section.
Simply use the dropdown menu to choose your preferred default phone type!
Quick Note: You'll need the necessary permissions to configure this branch-level setting.

Automatic Pre-fill: The Phone Type field will be automatically filled with your chosen default whenever a user creates a new record with a phone number.
Total Flexibility: Need to enter a different type for a specific contact? Users can still easily change the phone type on any individual record.
