Keeping your Branches up-to-date is key to ensuring your CRM stays perfectly aligned with your organization's workflows. Whether you need to update details, assign new team members, or adjust permissions, managing your Branches is simple and intuitive.
First, Let's Find Your Branches
Click your User Icon at the top-right corner of the page.
Select Administrator from the dropdown menu to go to your Admin Portal.
Once there, click on Branch from the menu on the right to see a list of all your branches.
How to Edit a Branch
Need to make a change? It's easy to update any Branch's settings.
Find the Branch you want to modify in the list.
Click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to its name and select Edit.

A pop-up window will appear where you can adjust any of the following:
Branch Details: Update the name, address, time zone, or contact info.
Billing: Switch between branch-level and account-level billing.
Module Customization: Control if the Branch can manage its own layouts and fields.
Calendar & Email: Adjust permissions for Google or Outlook integrations.
Security: Fine-tune settings like 2FA, session management, and more.
Activity Stream: Manage what activities are tracked and visible for the Branch.
Once you're done, click Save, and your changes will be applied instantly!
How to Assign Users to a Branch
Get your team members into the right hubs so they can access the information they need.
Navigate to the Hierarchy section within the Admin Portal.
Select the Branch you want to add people to.
From here, you can easily assign users to the Branch. A user can be a member of one or multiple branches, giving you total flexibility.
Once assigned, users will have access to the data and permissions specific to that Branch, keeping their workspace focused and relevant.
Good to Know
The default branches created during your initial CRM setup can't be deleted, but you can always edit them to fit your needs.
If a user is assigned to multiple branches, their access will be based on the combined permissions from each branch they belong to.
