Keep Your Account Secure: How to View and Manage Active Sessions

Ever wondered where you're logged into Smackdab? Your account security is our top priority, and our Active Session Manager puts you in complete control.

In Smackdab, a "session" is simply the period you're actively logged in and using the platform. Think of it as your secure connection to the CRM. Let's dive into how you can view and manage these sessions to keep your account safe and sound.

Where to Find Your Active Sessions

Ready to take a look? Just follow these quick steps:

  1. Head to Settings.

  2. From the Settings menu, choose Security Center.

  3. Click on Manage Session.

On the right side of your screen, you'll see a neat list of all your current active sessions.

Are You an Admin? You get superpowers! Admins can see the active sessions for all their users. This gives you a bird's-eye view of your team's activity and an extra layer of security.

Take Control of Your Sessions

See a session you don't recognize or need to end one for a team member? No problem.

  • Simply click the Disconnect button next to any session. This will instantly and securely log that user out of Smackdab. It's a powerful tool for maintaining account security.

All the Details at a Glance

For every active session, Smackdab gives you a comprehensive breakdown so you know exactly what's going on. Here's the info you'll see:
