Accidentally deleted a deal?
Smackdab.ai let's you restore deleted Deals in just a few clicks. Here’s how:
Where to Find Deleted Deals
Go to Settings
Navigate to Data Management, then select Trash
Select Deals
Managing A Single Deleted Deal

Select Three Dot Menu for the deal you want to manage.

To Restore Deal: Select Restore

To Delete Deal Permanently: Select Delete Permanently
Managing Multiple Deleted Deals

Select checkboxes
Hover over numbers in first column to select checkboxes for deleted deals you want to manage.

To Restore Deals: Select Restore Data

To Permanently Delete Deals: Select Delete Permanently
What Happens After Restoring?
Once restored, the deal will reappear in your Deals module, along with all details!
📝 Note: Smackdab.ai automatically stores deleted deals in the Trash for 7 days. After that, they are permanently deleted for better data management.
Want to adjust the restore timeline? You can adjust it from 7 days to 180 days.
