How to Create a Marketing List

1. Go to "Marketing"

   Select "Marketing" from the main menu.

   

   2. Go to Marketing "Lists"

      Under "Marketing", click on "Lists".

   

   3. Create a New List

      Click the "New List" button located at the top right corner.

   

   4. Select Category

      Choose which category you want your marketing list based on, such as "Task", "Contact", or "Company". Then click, "Next".

   

   5. Provide List Details

      Fill in the following details for your marketing list:

      • List Name (Mandatory): Provide a name for easy identification

      • Description (Optional): Add a description to define the purpose of the list

      • Tags (Optional): Assign relevant tags for better categorization

      • Type (Mandatory): Choose between Fixed or Dynamic list types

        Fixed List

        • Users manually add records using the "Add Entity" option

        • The list remains the same unless modified manually

        • Ideal for specific, hand-picked audiences

        Dynamic List

        • Users define filters, and records are automatically added or removed based on the set criteria

        • The list updates automatically as new records meet the filter conditions

        • Suitable for continuously changing audiences based on real-time data

      After filling in the details, click "Submit" to create the list.

      

   6. New List Created!

      Congrats you've created a new marketing list! You will be now be redirected to the List Details page where you can see more information about your new marketing list.
