Smackdab Auth: Unified Login & Account Management

Smackdab Auth is the centralized authentication platform that gives you secure access to all Smackdab applications through a single login experience.

With Smackdab Auth, you only need one set of credentials to access your Smackdab products. After signing in, you can seamlessly switch between applications without having to log in again.

As additional Smackdab products become available, they will automatically be accessible through the same authentication platform.

What is Smackdab Auth?

Smackdab Auth provides:

  • A single login for all Smackdab applications

  • Enhanced security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • Organization and workspace management

  • Centralized profile and security settings

  • Session management and activity tracking

  • Access to current and future Smackdab applications

Currently, you can access applications such as:

  • Smackdab CRM

  • Smackdab Chat

  • Smackdab Record

Additional Smackdab products will be added over time.

Accessing Smackdab Auth

To access Smackdab Auth, navigate to:

https://auth.smackdab.ai/login

You'll see the new login interface where you can sign in using the same email address and password you currently use for Smackdab CRM.

Logging In

Step 1: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Open the Smackdab Auth login page.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Enter your password.

  4. Click Login.

You can also use supported authentication methods such as:

  • Sign in with Google

  • Passkey authentication (if configured)

Step 2: Complete Security Verification

Depending on your account settings, you may be prompted to complete:

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • Passkey verification

This additional security layer helps protect your account and organization data.

Step 3: Select Your Workspace

If you belong to multiple organizations or workspaces, you'll be prompted to choose the workspace you want to access.

The workspace selection screen displays:

  • Available organizations

  • Available workspaces

  • Your role within each workspace

  • Number of workspace members

Simply select the desired workspace to continue.

Smackdab Auth Dashboard

After successfully signing in, you'll be redirected to the Smackdab Auth Dashboard.

The dashboard serves as your central hub for managing your account and accessing all available Smackdab applications.

Available Applications

The Your Apps section displays all applications available to your account.

Examples include:

  • Smackdab CRM

  • Smackdab Chat

  • Smackdab Record

  • Future Smackdab applications

Clicking any application launches it immediately without requiring another login.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Experience

Once authenticated through Smackdab Auth:

  • Authentication is shared securely across the platform.

  • You can move between applications seamlessly.

The dashboard provides quick insights into your account, including:

Active Sessions

  • View the number of active sessions associated with your account.

  • This helps you monitor where you're currently logged in.

Organizations

  • See how many organizations you belong to and quickly access organization-related settings.

Workspaces

  • View the total number of workspaces you have access to.

Multi-Factor Authentication Status

  • Quickly check whether MFA is enabled for your account and configure it if needed.

Centralized Account Management

Several settings that were previously managed inside Smackdab CRM have now been moved to Smackdab Auth.

This means you can manage your account, security, and workspace administration from one centralized location.

User Profile Management

The Profile section allows you to:

  • Update personal information

  • Change your profile photo

  • Update contact details

  • Manage address information

  • Configure localization preferences

  • Export your personal data

Security Settings

The Security section provides tools to secure your account, including:

  • Change your password

  • Enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  • Configure Passkeys

  • Link social login providers (Google)

  • View active sessions

  • Revoke access from other devices

Organization Management

The Organizations section allows you to:

  • View organizations you belong to

  • Manage organization-level settings

  • Switch between organizations

  • Access organization-specific resources

Workspace Management

The Workspaces section allows administrators to:

  • Manage workspace settings

  • Configure workspace access

  • Control workspace-level preferences

  • Monitor workspace usage

Team Member Management

The Team Members section helps administrators:

  • Invite new users

  • Manage member access

  • Update roles and permissions

  • Remove members when needed

API Keys

Developers can manage API credentials directly from the API Keys section, allowing secure integration with external applications and services.

What Changed?

Previously, account-related settings such as:

  • Profile Management

  • Security Settings

  • Organization Settings

  • Workspace Settings

  • Team Member Management

were managed within Smackdab CRM.

These settings have now been moved to Smackdab Auth, providing a single location to manage your account and access all Smackdab applications. This unified approach simplifies administration, improves security, and creates a more seamless experience across the entire Smackdab platform.
