The Smackdab Dashboard offers a visual snapshot of your sales activities, customer relationships, and team updates - all in one place. Understanding how to interpret each widget empowers you to stay informed and make data-driven decisions quickly.

Here’s a breakdown of what each widget shows and how you can use them:

  1. Contacts: Displays the total number of contacts stored in the CRM, regardless of type. This gives you an overall view of your network size within the system.

  2. Leads: Shows the number of contacts tagged as Lead type. This helps you track how many new or potential prospects you're currently managing.

  3. Deals: Indicates the total number of deals in your sales pipeline, across all stages. This widget gives insight into your sales volume and opportunities in progress.

  4. Customers: Displays the count of contacts marked as Customer type. Use this widget to monitor your active customer base.

  5. Companies: Shows the number of companies created. It’s useful for B2B-focused sales teams to keep track of organizational relationships.

  6. Activities: Summarizes the total activities (calls, meetings, follow-ups) created in the system. This widget reflects the level of engagement and task load.

  7. Deal Revenue: Provides a snapshot of total revenue generated from closed or active deals. This widget helps in assessing your financial performance over time.

  8. Message Board: A shared space for team announcements, updates, and notes. This keeps everyone aligned with internal communication.

  9. Upcoming & Due Activities: Lists all Today’s, pending or upcoming tasks, ensuring that no follow-up or important action is missed.

  10. Deal Revenue Forecast: Visually displays your expected revenue from open deals. This predictive widget supports sales planning and forecasting.

  11. Activity Status: Offers a graphical summary of activities based on their current state—such as stop/completed or ongoing. Ideal for tracking progress and identifying bottlenecks.

  12. Recent Emails: Displays the most recent email communications within the CRM. This helps you stay updated on ongoing correspondence with leads or clients.

  13. Recent Logs: Displays a chronological timeline of recent system activities, updates, and user actions. Helps you quickly track what's been happening in your Organization/Branch.
