Add Contacts Into Smackdab CRM

Contacts are essential for managing business interactions. These are individuals with whom you engage, and they hold critical information such as mobile numbers, alternate phone numbers, email addresses, and more.

In Smackdab, contacts are stored in the Contacts section, making it easy to track and manage your interactions with individuals effectively.

Adding a Contact:

To add a contact into Smacktab CRM:

  1. Navigate to the "Contacts" Section:

Select “Contacts” from the main menu.
  1. Open the New Contact Form:

Click "New Contacts" on the upper-right side of the Contacts Listing Page.
  1. Fill in the Contact Details:

Enter the required details in the provided form fields. Required fields include: Contact name, type & owner.
