How to View Broadcast Messages in the CRM
Log in to your CRM account.
Locate Broadcast Messages:
If the broadcast message is set to inline, it will appear above the header bar.
If the message type is a popup, it will appear in a modal window on your screen.
Closing a Message:
Once you close a broadcast message, it will no longer be displayed on the screen.
However, you can still access past messages at any time.
View Past Broadcasts:
Click on the User icon at the top-right corner of the CRM header.
In the user panel, select “Show Broadcast Messages.”
This will open a list of all broadcast messages, including those you’ve previously closed.
