How to View Broadcast Messages in the CRM

  1. Log in to your CRM account.

  2. Locate Broadcast Messages:

    • If the broadcast message is set to inline, it will appear above the header bar.

    • If the message type is a popup, it will appear in a modal window on your screen.

  3. Closing a Message:

    • Once you close a broadcast message, it will no longer be displayed on the screen.

    • However, you can still access past messages at any time.

  4. View Past Broadcasts:

    • Click on the User icon at the top-right corner of the CRM header.

    • In the user panel, select “Show Broadcast Messages.”

    • This will open a list of all broadcast messages, including those you’ve previously closed.
